The founders of Ffrind Developments Ltd, Jamie Watkins and Phil Mitchem, joined forces in 2017 to create a new property development company in South Wales.

Working with Evolve Project Development Limited and Frontline Construction Group, the team's first development was a an exclusive development of luxury detached bungalows in Llanbradach.

Future developments designed to boost the housing stock in Wales are now being planned.
